FINAL DESIGN

The V-Offices building is located along one of the most significant entrance roads to the city center Al. 29 Listopada. The author of concept design and building permit design was Illiard Architecture and Project Management. Our company was involved in construction design development including executive design and supervising the site, as the joint venture with huge contractor company Warbud S.A., whose duty was design-and-build. The leasable area of the building is over 24 700 m2. It achieved BREEAM Outstanding certificate – the first building with such high certificate level in Cracow.

The building is designed in V-shape form and follows the borderlines of the plot. The form is opened towards the west side by an internal courtyard. The facade rhythm is based on the repetitive glazed/perforated modules. Additionally, each facade has been divided by strait horizontal cornices between every other building floor. That cut keeps the glazed/perforated panels in very slender shape and emphasizes the vertical impression of the building.
