FINAL DESIGN

Skanska Property Poland began the construction of their second office investment in the capital of Małopolska. The Axis building, located a few minutes away from the very centre of Krakow will offer the tenants around 20,000sqm of modern office space. The completion of the construction is planned for 2016. The new building will be eight floors high and have three underground floors, where the underground internal parking lots and technical rooms will be housed. The path located in the lower part of the commercial area that atypically connects across the building will be used both by the residents and the employees of future companies – the tenants. The building will be located by Przy Rondzie street, in the vicinity of Rondo Mogilskie which is one of the largest transportation arteries in the city. A dozen tram and bus lines will ensure easy and fast access to the Krakow Glowny station or the Market Square, both located several minutes away. Rondo Mogilskie also has the second bypass of Krakow in its proximity.
